Getting your images

The Wellington Hospital and Outpatient Centres

Email wh-ieprequests@hcahealthcare.co.uk with your name, date of birth, address, imaging type, and scan date for imaging at The Wellington Hospital or its outpatient centres (Elstree, Golders Green, Platinum Medical Centre).

Provide your email address and a mobile phone number or secondary email to receive a password for accessing the scan file.

Allow five working days for processing.

Use the password to open the email and have two hours to access it.

The scan has a 60-day retention period. Download it to your PC to keep it as a permanent record.

The imaging can only be viewed on a Windows PC, not on an Apple device.
